'SimpleFareHub' had a humble aspiration: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our little pizza shop began as a beloved family venture with secret recipes passed through many generations.
Marco Rossi, our originator, mastered the pizza craft on her Italian voyage, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—where pizza was conceived. When she came back to the UK, she aimed to replicate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, maintaining time-honored techniques and only the premium ingredients.
From a quaint 12-seat pizza shop, we've grown into a cherished local fixture without compromising our principles of excellence and authenticity. Our dough is made fresh each day, we stick to the traditional wood-fired ovens, and we continuously seek out the finest ingredients available.
Today, 'SimpleFareHub' is still in the hands of the family, with the Rossi's next generation at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. Even while we've adopted some contemporary advances, at our core, we celebrate the joy of crafting delectable, true pizza that unites everyone.
