Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it without any charges. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations after this period as your order will already be in preparation.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The food item received is different from what was ordered.
- The item was received in a damaged or spoiled state.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any other reasons, such as flavor preferences or taste differences.
Process for Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our customer service team by calling +39 06 6988 1234 within 2 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, detailed explanation of the issue, and any supporting photos.
Refund Inspection
All refund requests are subject to an inspection by SimpleFareHub. We reserve the right to verify the discrepancy and, if justified, we will refund your payment in the same manner and € used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days following our approval of your request.
Replacement
In certain cases, we may offer a replacement item instead of a refund. If you agree to a replacement, we will arrange for the delivery of the new item as soon as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at +39 06 6988 1234.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
